Field Service Technician

The field service technicians' duties will include but are not limited to:
traveling to communities around the Philadelphia metro area, grounds clean up, servicing vacant apartments for future residents, completing service requests in vacant & occupied homes, completing special projects, being part of an on call rotation for emergencies and snow removal (must be able to commute to Doylestown in 30 mins).
The field service technician must be skilled in the following trades:
at least one-year experience in HVAC and be EPA 608 certified, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, carpentry, drywall repair & painting.
Reliable transportation a must.
Excellent compensation, including monthly travel allowance, $1,000 sign on bonus & amazing benefits for the right person.
