Ultrasound Technologist - Ancillary Services - Full-Time - Days
Job Description:
PURPOSE OF JOB :
To perform Ultrasound procedures on inpatient, outpatient and emergency room patients, utilizing clinical skills, knowledge and competencies of the Ultrasound technologist position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1.
Maintain clinical competency in the Ultrasound technologist position requirements.
2.
Provide patient care for all of our customers by performing US procedures as prescribed by a physician.
3.
Compile and maintain patient records and schedulesDeliver completed paperwork to the radiologist for interpretationJob

Education:
Graduate of an accredited programRegistered On the job training accepted in lieu of graduation from an accredited program if candidate is registered.
Experience:
Prior experience is preferredOther Skills:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Current BLS certification Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Clinical Works Communication Customer Service Health Care Medical Emergency Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
