8K - $63K a year Obermayer's Doylestown office seeks a full-time Paralegal in our Real Estate Department.
Qualified candidates must be a certified paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial real estate law, real estate transactions and/or land use and zoning.
Notary Public is a plus.
Must be organized and comfortable working for several attorneys doing due diligence, document preparation, municipal zoning and land use applications, agreements, and be able to prepare and distribute closing binders in connection with loan and bond transactions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
