This role is essential for our future office location (POST COVID), strictly in-house with no outsourcing.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and streamlining the executive's workflow, particularly focusing on writing follow-ups and handling various administrative tasks.
Currently, everything is virtual, we're in the process of purchasing a building for a physical location in the Bucks & Montgomery County, PA area.

Responsibilities:
Drafting and sending follow-up correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Managing the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
Handling confidential information with discretion.
Assisting in various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
