The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and manage staff effectively.
Candidates will have the most success if they posses a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture and a background in customer-focused retail operations.
Responsibilities Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to Treat Team Members Interview and hire new Treat Team Members Supervise and train store employees, including conducting employee orientations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control procedures Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure proper inventory control Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Propose innovative ideas to increase market share Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) Apply our Rita's S.
