Responsibilities:
As our Sales Manager, you'll lead a dedicated sales team, ensuring seamless operations from answering phone calls to booking reservations and appointments.
Your role will involve reviewing and responding to emails, handling escalated customer interactions with finesse, and implementing coaching and disciplinary measures for the sales team.
Navigate and maintain sales quotas without the need for cold calling! Requirements:
Previous management of a sales team required.
Previous use of a sales script is a must.
Customer service experience is essential.
Knowledge of the animal industry, including breeds, is required.
Experience working in a professional pet-related industry is preferred.
Hours:
Our flexible hours (8 AM to 7 PM) allow for 8 or 10-hour shifts, with some weekend availability required.
Candidates should be ready to handle emergency situations and work any time during these hours.
