This position would be partially in the field and in the office.
Knowledge of plants is most important for this position We're flexible with scheduling and understand you have a life.
We care most about hiring the right person and overall just need a good human that is looking for a long term position and to grow some roots with us.
Job Description (this will evolve to your skillset) Following up to ensure clients are happy, explaining details to the team and checking back in as the day goes on.
Bookkeeping:
Sending invoices, entering work hours, communicating with team leaders, communicating with clients, very detail oriented and proficient with QuickBooks.
Review daily schedule, enter in billable hours, collect receipts, take before and after photos.
Order plants and other material
schedule deliveries Researching potential landscape contracts Any office task needed:
(phone calls, emails, mass mailings, pick up office supplies, pay bills, and handle certifications.
