Your responsibilities will include:
Inventory Management:
Effectively manage and control automotive parts inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of parts professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting clients with parts inquiries and fulfilling orders promptly.
Vendor Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the parts department.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Proficient in inventory management systems.
