Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Perform general ledger reconciliations - Utilize Quick Books, Excel and other accounting software to track financial transactions - Data Entry and reconciliation of spread sheets and reports - Provide support for technical accounting tasks - Assist with clerical duties related to accounting functions - Flexibility in offering additional hours occasionally, and helping the staff with various projects to complete a customer order.
Full time work may be warranted within a year.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quick Books and Excel - Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation procedures - Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable principles - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism -Congenial attitude when working with customers.
