Experience:
Two years of property management experience, high school diploma or GED.
Role & Responsibilities As the Regional Support Specialist your responsibilities will include:
Supports on-site teams in training needs.
Resource to the on-site teams for system functions and opportunities.
Providing coverage for office team members as directed by RPM.
Monitor regional lease compliance and address opportunities.
Monitors and reviews market survey.
Audit lead management system Recommend, monitor, and communicate status of occupancy goals.
Conduct all leasing overrides as needed.
Review commission reports and compare to property management software to confirm eligibility.
Review advertising and social media.
Act as regional SharePoint Coordinator.
Review and audit accounts payable.
Plan miscellaneous events and projects, as needed.
