The ideal candidate will possess a background in insurance verification, medical reception/administration, or related fields.
While prior experience is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are fairly new to the industry but exhibit a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Register new patients and update existing patient information in the electronic medical records system.
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments.
Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
Process patient payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry as needed.
Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
Previous experience in medical reception, administrative support, or similar roles preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems is desirable.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure during stressful situations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Excellent customer service skills with a patient-centric approach.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
