A Data Entry/Billing Specialist is a high energy individual who is ambitious, adaptable and customer service focused with strengths that include multi-tasking, problem solving and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Provide accurate and timely billing/supporting documentation to customers Enter vendor invoices accurately and timely Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Resolve vendor disputes Complete tickets in M-Files Review over 45 day report to insure timely invoicing of tickets Special projects as assigned by manager Requirements Financial background preferred Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written skills Requires basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information Experience with Sage Intacct preferred Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment Job Type:
