All staff engage in ongoing Montessori training toward advanced certification.

REQUIREMENTS A cover letter is absolutely required for consideration Resume, dossier or CV Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution Ability to lift 50 pounds Willingness and availability to train toward certification in Montessori history, theory and practice (company sponsored) Willingness to share in all of the day-to-day housekeeping and childcare tasks associated with service to primary aged children.
