30pm - 8pm; rotating weekends and holidays The Dining Room Host/Hostess is responsible for assuring dining areas are properly prepared for meal service and courteous seating of residents in dining area.
Potential team members must be able to deliver excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Previous dining experience preferred Prior experience in lead or supervisor role Excellent customer service skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Responsibilities and Expectations:
Prepare dining area for meal service including setting tables.
Assist residents with seating.
Manage dining reservations.
Maintain cleanliness of department and equipment.
Monitor supply levels and update supervisor on inventory needs.
