Our practice seeks an experienced Front Desk employee to help with all the various responsibilities of our front desk.
Part Time Position:
Wednesdays- 9 to 7 Fridays- 8 to 4 One Saturday morning per month- 7:
15 to 12:
30 ( approximate ending times) Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Greet patients and handle checking-in/checking-out Experience in answering multiple phone lines Appointment confirmations Getting patients charts ready for next scheduled day Organizing patients charts Appointment scheduling & ability to keep the schedule full Posting patient & insurance payments, handling insurance filing Monthly account billing Oversee the appearance of the reception and front desk work area Desired Skills:
A minimum of 1 years' dental office experience Professional in demeanor and excellent telephone etiquette Knowledge of Dental practices and procedures Computer skills a must Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience working in a team environment Experienced in dental insurance and dental codes Friendly personality Clean appearance and positive attitude Strong work ethic Ability to multitask and pay attention to details is a must Knowledge of Softdent dental program preferred but not necessary If you would like to become a member of our amazing dental team please send your resume along with a cover letter.
