Occasional Full Time 6am -8pm PRN available The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for living and working at the assigned community.
This role is also responsible for responding to all community emergencies.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Current CPR preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Responsibilities and Expectations:
Makes scheduled security rounds of community; interior and exterior.
Responds to all emergencies, regardless of assignment.
Secures unoccupied resident areas.
Enforces parking policies and procedures.
Delivers packages to residents.
Operates the community shuttle vehicle, transporting residents to other parts of the community.
Stores resident possessions in the community storage area.
Assists in transporting residents via wheelchair to on-site appointments.
Maintains safety of all parking lots and sidewalk areas.
Collects and properly disposes of community trash.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
