We are immediately hiring for a Parts Counterperson at Car Quest in Doylestown, PA! Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.
Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.
Monitor special order parts through Car Quest system.
Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
Assist Customers over the phone and in-person Pick Product from Warehouse in order to fulfill customer need Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following; Valid driver's license At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred Good Customer Service Skills Good computer skills and attention to detail Automotive knowledge will be a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements for Position:
