LongTerm Healthcare Facility - Now hiring a Business Office Manager!We are looking for an experienced Skilled Nursing Facaility Business Office Manager to oversee collections, billing and assisting residents in the Medical Assistance Application process.
Qualifications of the Business office Manager:
Experience in Long Term Care billing and collectionsKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and insurance policiesResponsibilities of the Business Office Manager include but not limited to:
Prepare and file Medical Assistance Applications for residentsAssures accurate data entry of client information, record and send out census dailyIdentify and process accounts that are aging and work closely with Corporate for collectionsCommunicate with residents and their families regarding their bills (interpersonal, emails, mailing statements, etc.
)Process Medicaid enrollments and re-certificationsSupport the facility with resident trust activity for banking purposes and monitor resident funds for appropriatenessRecord depositsKeep proper and accurate records, as well as, analyze data and implement solutions.
Prepare classified reports as directed and maintain a confidential atmosphere.
