Comfortable helping with administrative tasks of all types around the office
Protects MileStone's assets by understanding and following policies and procedures while maintain confidentiality at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum high school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree desired)
High volume cash handling experience
Strong written and oral communication skills for phone-based and face-to-face interaction with business clients and colleagues
Professional image and confidence to interact with a variety of clients, prospects and co-workers at all levels
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on accuracy
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proven abilities to multi-task and meet deadlines
Flexible, adaptable, and creative approach to your work

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
