Part-Time Cashier Needed!
Currently hiring a Part-time Cashier/Receptionist for our Subaru Service department in Doylestown, PA.
The position requires the availability to work Tuesday and Friday evenings, and every-other Saturday from 8AM to 5PM.
The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assisting the Service Department.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
oAnswering the phones in a prompt and pleasant manner
oAssisting the Service Department with finalizing customer service and waiting on customers at the end of their service
oClosing out repair orders in the computer and ADP system
oPreparing and making deposits
oFiling assorted documents for both service and accounting departments
oPreparing pre-write appointment packets for the next day's service appointments
oInputting of additional service requests
oPerforming minor accounting and minor clerical work
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include, but are not limited, to the following;
oExcellent customer service skills
oPleasant and professional phone manners
oAttention to detail
oAbility to lift up to 10lbs Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
