Busy local non-profit looking for Executive Administrative Assistant.
This individual will provide executive assistance to the President and Chief Operating Officer. Qualified candidates will assist with daily schedules, travel arrangements, seminar and meeting plans, all Board and committee meeting minutes or notes/agenda, publications and reports, correspondence, as well as other responsibilities as required, and overall administrative support for both executives.
Qualifications
Requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years executive administrative experience
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with some grant experience preferred
Requires excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT and more) and proven ability to utilize
web-based technology for assigned projects, with knowledge of EndNote and Publisher a plus
Must have a highly professional work ethic, be a self-starter, extremely organized and attentive to detail, capable of juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines, conscientious, and energetic.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, mature judgment and ability to maintain confidential
information, positive work attitude, positive team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible and willing to put in extra effort and time when required to meet deadlines
EOE.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
