Paint Prepper
Currently hiring a Paint Prepper for our growing Collision Center in Doylestown, PA.
The Paint Prepper will be responsible to refinish vehicle as quickly as possible in a safe and quality manner, with a fit and finish to exceed customer expectations.
We would be happy to hire newly graduated students from a vocational school.
This position will be full-time with hours from 7:
30AM to 4:
30PM.
Day to day responsibilities will include the following; Maintain clean, net, organized work areas including cleanliness of paint booths, mixing room, and all equipment according to posted requirements Inspect every vehicle as it enters the paint shop from the metal department to ensure that it has passed all previous inspections and standards Assist painters with providing materials and necessary products Conduct any sanding and buffing necessary Present the vehicle for final paint quality control Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees in a positive spirit of teamwork.
Job Requirements Successful Paint Preppers should have the following experience; Vocational school degree for Collision or Automotive studies 6 months of experience or training to paint and prep vehicles Clean driving record for the past three years Ability to work in a team environment and take direction to follow through with tasks.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
