Administrative/Accounting Assistant


Client is searching for an individual who will take on an Administrative role, however will also have various accounting duties within the office as their role expands.

Job Duties:
General Administrative and Clerical Duties
Receptionist Duties
Process and Enter Expense Reports
Answer Phones
A/P,A/R
Payroll

Skills:
MS Office ; WORD , EXCEL, OUTLOOk,
QuickBooks,
Sage Accounting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $14-$19/ Based on experience
Hours:8:30-5:00




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
