Job Summary:
This position supports long-term sales strategies, through setting quotas, sales forecasting, and partner enablement. Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals.
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversee sales activity and drive performance
Administration of company policies and sales plans
Assist in pricing and negotiations
Aid in selling solutions to larger customers as needed
Designing and recommending sales programs
Provide metrics and quarterly forecasting
Meet sales goals and initiate plans for any potential shortfalls
Participate in recruiting, developing and onboarding sales talent
Monitoring sales rep's productivity and performance; giving appropriate motivation and feedback
Collaborating with other departments to maximize sales programs
Ensuring customer satisfaction through frequent follow-up and touches
Documentation and feedback for employees with performance issues
Leading a weekly team meeting that enables open discussion
Addressing issues and sales concerns with other departments
Filtering and validating feedback from the team and creating a solution that will work for all
Attendance at customer events; some travel required
Mentoring and coaching
Giving sales presentations and departmental presentations
Evaluating and balance workloads
Challenging and changing bad/broken processes
Regular attendance is an essential function of the Manager, Sales position
Ability to effectively manage and direct team members
Special projects as assigned
Reporting Relationships:
Reports to VP, Sales or Sr Director, Sales or Sr Director, Commercial Sales
Credentials:
Required:
Strong reporting skills
Microsoft Office skills
4 year college degree or equivalent management experience
Minimum 5 years previous sales experience
Previous experience in distribution channel strategies.
Preferred:
SAP experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit a computer terminal for long periods of time
Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for the position
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Ability to travel up to 20%
Ability to operate office equipment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
