We are seeking an energetic, collaborative, and experienced speech-language pathologist to join our growing special education team. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: therapy, evaluations, IEP development, and teacher consultation. This individual will be responsible for planning and providing speech-language pathology services to students with speech, voice, pragmatic, and/or language disorders. This individual will also be responsible for assessing students and providing therapeutic interventions to eliminate or reduce problems or impairments that interfere with the students? ability to derive full benefit from the educational program.

The ideal candidate will:

? Have a Master?s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited school of speech language pathology.

? Have a current PA license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

? Have related experience with students that have emotional, behavioral, and/or developmental disabilities.

?? Demonstrate knowledge of current best practices in the area of speech-language pathology.

? Demonstrate effective communication skills and an ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

?? Be committed to meeting the needs of a diverse student population.

? Have a track record of being a team player and community minded.

? Have excellent time management skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently and problem solve.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
