Senior Tax Compliance Accountant

Senior Tax Compliance Accountant  Senior Tax Compliance Accountant Professional with 5-7 years federal, state, international corporate income tax compliance experience. Responsibilities:         Prepare US federal form 1120 S, schedule m -3 tax accounting, including tax depreciation. Prepare International tax returns, 5471s, 8858s. Experience with OneSource required.        State and local income tax compliance, composite and entity level state income tax returns, state income taxaudit assistance.         Review and prepare correspondence with state income tax notices.         Prepare federal provision calculation and assist review international affiliates provisions.         Prepare FIN 48 Calculations for Federal, state and local and International         Prepare quarterly estimated taxdistributionschedules for the S-Corp shareholders.         Review and provide guidance on withholding tax (i.e. Form W-8WEN)         Miscellaneous state, local, and information returns (annual reports and property tax returns)         Federal excise tax returns         Sales and Use tax compliance         Budgeting, forecasting Requirements: Industry experience: consumer products/manufacturing/ 4 yeardegree in accounting, CPA or working towards completing CPA, Masters degree in Taxation a plus 5-7 years experience with federal, state income tax compliance, preparation of Schedule M-3, preparation of depreciation schedules, understanding of deferred taxes. International tax compliance experience. Experience with OneSource tax preparation software and Sage fixed asset software ASC 740 Tax provision experience, financial reporting, FIN 48, FAS 5 Strong excel skills, oral and written communication and teamwork principles
Salary Range: $90K - $110K
Minimum Qualification
5 - 7 years

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
